
Front Desk Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Front Desk Assistant. This position is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk reception counter: attend to walk-in visitors and phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, faxes, mail, parcels, and routing correspondence from the school's generic account.
- Collect and distribute documents to/from students (e.g., survey forms, identification cards, certificates, application forms).
- Arrange transport bookings for staff and verify invoices against booking forms.
- Provide care for students at the first aid station, including administering basic medical attention.
- Update students' contact information in the school database.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum secondary education with credit in English, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with IT systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in similar scope of services.
- Preferred experience working in educational institutions.
- Must hold a valid First Aid certification (as of hiring date).
