We are actively seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals with strong business acumen and exceptional sales ability to join our sales team as Channel Account Manager. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent sales and closing skills, robust interpersonal and communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include managing channel partners, developing business plans, and overseeing the complete sales lifecycle of our partners. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop a strategic territory plan to achieve annual quota and business growth by meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- You will also be responsible for pulling partners into Aratum business opportunities, managing third-party transactions resulting from the relationship, and identifying and developing channel partners committed to selling Aratum products.
- Additionally, you will be tasked with increasing revenue from partner sources and market share through a leveraging partnering model, identifying and developing joint "go-to-market" strategies, and lead generation opportunities with the channel partners.
- Educate partners on Aratum commercial practices.
- Proficiency in Aratum products and be able to explain Aratum solutions to partners and their customers.
- Engage with potential clients, along with the channel partner, to present Aratum solutions in electronic and face-to-face meetings.
- Establish successful customer relationships/partnerships and secure references in the Singapore market. Be capable of maintaining accurate and consistent sales forecasts through comprehensive account coverage, deal management, and win plans.
- Utilize internal systems effectively and efficiently to manage the pipeline and forecast.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in selling ERP solutions is a strong advantage.
- Ability and experience in selling to C-level executives and senior management at mid-market-sized accounts, and leading strategic discussions with C-level leaders.
- Recognition for outstanding performance and a track record of receiving additional responsibilities and promotions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
