In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients to implement a thorough, profitable, and efficient affiliate marketing strategy. Grow business revenue through innovative, strong partnerships and strategic projects.
**Responsibilities**:
Client management and retention
- Manage a portfolio key of clients, become a trusted advisor, demonstrating authenticity and transparency.
- Take the lead on developing Key Account Plans for your priority clients. Agree milestones to track improvement in relationship and revenue
- Using analytical skills to make strategic decisions to help clients meet their goals
- Grow revenue from existing client relationships - understand client needs/requirements to connect with appropriate product/services information
- Retain existing clients through a tailored engagement plan
- Manage dispute resolution, effectively identify potential client risk, working with snr managers and directors to positively manage risk (e.g., commercials, contract end dates, contact changes etc).
Channel expertise
- Bring a solution mindset to your day-to-day work. Where problems / issues exist, collaborate with others to identify ways to improve performance or efficiency
- Work to understand your clients’ current tracking capabilities (e.g., mobile app, ITP 2.4 etc), develop plan to educate clients on potential impact and take lead on collaboration with internal teams to implement updated tracking
- Demonstrate a high attention to detail. No errors in campaign strategy, planning or execution
- Proactively assist with establishing channel credibility within landscape via case study development and marketing and industry award submissions
Administrative
- Troubleshoot client’s technical issues, and file support tech tickets on their behalf if needed
- Owning revenue and forecasting for own client portfolio
- Maintain documentation of client performance and activities in internal systems
Collaboration
- Working closely with the marketing team to create case studies and award submissions to support the business as well as push all business events.
- Working closely with Analytics team to deliver strong data driven strategies for growth plans. Deliver quarterly or bi-yearly strategies sessions for all key clients.

- Proactively initiate collaboration with members of your channel team and other teams to improve ways of working and expertise
- Take the lead on exploring opportunities to frequently share your knowledge and experience with your direct and indirect teams to build expertise. Likewise, actively engage when your colleagues share challenges.
**Requirements**:
**Communication skills**
- Able to converse in both English and Korean as you will be working closely with Clients and Stakeholders based in Korea
- Strong customer services skills: Negotiation, diplomacy, able to translate client requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident interpersonal skills
**Technical /functional expertise**
- Competent in Microsoft Office programmes - particularly Excel (intermediate) and PowerPoint
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Experience in strong client relationships, reinforced by building trust, advising and upselling
- Good project management skills
- Web literate (tracking analytics and methods)
**Understanding of the business**
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, particularly Affiliate Marketing
