
Medical Concierge Executive

Under the Contact Centre department (Specialist Referral Team), the Medical Concierge Executive is responsible for assessing patient needs and guiding the referral team in directing members to suitable specialists or healthcare providers in alignment with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines. This role ensures efficient coordination between members, healthcare providers, and internal teams to optimize the referral process and enhance service delivery.
**Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate patient needs and provide guidance in identifying appropriate specialists or healthcare providers.
- Ensure referrals comply with agreed SOPs and medical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all referred members.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Work closely with specialists and hospitals to ensure a seamless referral process.
- Foster strong relationships with providers to enhance service efficiency.
- Oversee Panel GP and Specialist clinics to ensure adherence to established guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as Provider Network Team, to align referral services with company and client objectives.
- Act as a liaison between members and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication.
- Address member inquiries and facilitate a smooth referral experience.
- Monitor pending referrals, ensuring timely follow-ups and case resolution.
- Identify bottlenecks and take proactive measures to improve processing times.
- Ensure all referral activities comply with legal, regulatory, and medical standards.
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- CGI and Health Insurance Certification is preferred.
- Required language(s): English
- Proven work experience as a Medical Referral Coordinator or similar role in healthcare.
- Ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
- Self-motivated individual with strong sense of responsibility.
- Resourceful with strong problem-solving skill.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player and service oriented.
