Job Description- Provide support for various aspects of corporate planning and development work including formulation of strategies, budgeting and country reviews- Support the setting and tracking of the Business Units’ Balanced Score Card, in partnership with senior management and HODs- Assists in organizing and acting as secretariat for management meetings, ensuring key issues discussed are tracked and addressed accordingly- Consolidate and synthesize the different sources of primary and secondary information to support Management’s communication with internal and external stakeholders- Conducts research on global macroeconomic and real estate trends and their impact on the Group’s business strategies and investment- Drive cadence of strategic project meetings and stakeholder engagement to augment the project’s success- Performs analysis and financial modelling to evaluate market and business potential- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
