Strategic Planning Leader

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Planning Leader to join our organization.

  • This role is responsible for partnering with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business goals and market opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research and competitive analysis, as well as experience in strategy development and corporate planning activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and deliver insights to inform leadership decisions
  • Overseeing strategy development and corporate planning activities for Unmanned Integrated Systems (UIS)
  • Driving key strategic initiatives and ensuring successful execution of action plans
  • Leveraging financial modelling expertise to support inorganic growth opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or MBA qualifications are advantageous. A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related areas is required, along with proven success in developing and executing strategic plans that drive growth and profitability.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives.
