**APJ Digital Client Solutions Manager**
At MRP, we are changing the way businesses acquire customers with our predictive SaaS solution. Thanks to the growing demand for our game-changing software, we are looking for a driven, energetic, and entrepreneurial professionals to join our global team.
The Digital Presales Manager will work directly with Fortune 100 clients and agencies, contributing greatly to the company’s success. You’ll work closely with multiple internal teams across the APJ region, including sales, customer growth and delivery teams on new business pitches, developing campaign strategy to ensure client retention and growth, and helping to build MRPs digital business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop Campaign Strategies and Pitches for clients based on campaign and longer-term business objectives for MRPs programmatic and content syndication offerings as MRPs digital solutions expert.
- Help develop and expand agency partnerships with rigorous and detailed attention to client needs, development of case studies for purpose of heralding agency-client wins and for up-selling within agency
- Understand agency, advertiser, data and vendor landscapes and trends, reporting these to the organization; who are the major players, how do they buy, from whom; what are the macro and micro forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction
- Understand and effectively communicate MRP’s value proposition, technology, processes, partnerships as relate to growth of current and prospective client accounts
- Understand customers' needs in-depth, acting as strategic consultant for new business and existing client upsells
- Create ongoing solutions that consider the following:
- Measurement plans that meet client business goals and KPIs
- Integrations with third parties (DMP, CRM, and attribution partners)
- Clients Creative strategy
- Analytics/consumer insights
- Actively meet with clients and bring marketplace feedback to internal teams (Digital Presales, Product Development) to influence display product development and strategy
- Work closely with Customer Growth and Delivery teams to scope campaign KPIs to ensure they are set up for success and accountable for campaign performance
- Ensure accuracy when working across MRPs workflow systems to ensure high level of QC and alignment between multiple teams.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in Programmatic, with an onus on Client Solutions or Consultative Sales.
- Knowledge of the online media business and underlying technology and research.
- Excellent sales skills including the ability to create and build relationships. Demonstrated track record of success and experience of working closely with Brands and Agencies.
- Experience in working closely with multiple internal stakeholders
- Diligent work ethic and strong time management skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
- Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong consultative sales/solutions skills, personable, Problem solver
- Detailed oriented
- Ad-tech industry Savvy
- Experience working with 3rd Party Data, and SaaS products preferred.
