Our client is an enterprise B2B resources SaaS software company. We are currently sourcing on behalf of our client for a Head of Sales, APAC, based in Singapore.
**Responsibilities**:
- Overall responsibility of the company’s revenue target.
- Develop and implement go to market strategies for ASEAN and Hong Kong.
- Develop annual budget and forecasts based on accurate market projections to achieve company objectives.
- Achieve quarterly sales objectives and forecast sales activity
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure overall company success.
- Managing and growing the regional sales pipeline.
- Develop and establish key channel partners in target areas.
- Managing and growing key customer accounts, and coordinating the management of all other accounts.
- Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate sales team members
**Requirements**:
- Min 8 years experience in building, managing and mentoring sales teams at the regional level.
- Experience in enterprise, software, IT sales
- Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
- Ability to generate leads and identify strategic areas for growth.
- Strong presentation, verbal and written skills
- Knowledge in CRM such as Hubspot
