**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all accounting transactions are in compliance to SOX principles. i.e properly supported, authorized and documented
- Ensure that accounts are closed timely by 5th working day and balances are all reconciled reasonably
- Ensure that all company's financial statements are reported in accordance to the regulations such as the accounting standard order
- Ensuring all invoices are matched 3 ways and all AP payments are properly approved prior to timely cheque payments
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and update daily cash balances
- Prepare monthly departmental expense reports
- Monitor cash balances to effect payments to vendors
- Accuracy of Expense recording

Experience
- Diploma or higher in Accounting or equivalent
- 3 years experience as an Accounts Assistant in related fields
- Knowledge of SAP B1 systems
- Experience in Full set of Accounting
