Singapore CAP ADVISORY GROUP PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job functions**:
To assess and provide financial data and to effectively liaise with clients to ensure accurate financial reporting within the stipulated timeframe, in accordance with the Companies Act 1967.

**Academic**:
An undergraduate degree with major in accountancy.

**Knowledge**:
Well versed with Singapore Tax, GST Concept, IFRS Standards

**Experience**:
One year of working experience in any accounts based firm (Either through an internship or a full time job)

**Key Accountabilities**:
1. To assess financial data processed in the system to ensure correct classification and treatment.

2. To draft monthly and annual reports for clients to ensure accurate reflection of the financial position, performance and cash flow. The annual reports need to be subsequently approved by the supervisor.

3. To draft tax computation for accurate tax filing. This needs to be subsequently approved by the supervisor.

4. To support, review and delegate work required to supporting staff (i.e., the operations team) and fellow Associate.

5. To liaise with clients, ensure effective communication and do up ad-hoc work as and when required by clients.

6. To meet monthly targets for GST and ECI, to ensure timely submission. This requires oversight of document processing accurately, and drafting the GST reports and ECI computation, to be subsequently reviewed by the supervisor.

7. Assist the senior associate with advisory matters for clients.

8. Plan and execute SOP setup for new clients.

9. Assist the senior associate in implementing business unit level Standard Operating Procedures, communication and tracking programs in support of the organisation's service objectives and standards.

10. Provide good service to clients by ensuring that their requests and queries are followed up in a timely manner.
