Job Responsibilities:

- Handle full or partial sets of accounts, GST and compliance matters.
- Maintain and administer on accounting matters for the portfolio of clients
- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (monthly CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission)
- Ensure payments are processed in compliance with the client’s policies and statutory requirements
- Any other ad hoc duties as required by the department

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Accountancy, ISCA, ACCA or other equivalent professional qualifications
- For Assistant Associates we will consider applicants who have no prior experience and applicants with 1 year relevant experience
- For Associates and Senior Associates positions, applicants should have at least 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in an outsourcing firm
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Meticulous and organized individual with strong initiatives
- Positive work attitudes and willingness to learn
- Proficient with MS Office and comfortable in learning payroll systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team

**Salary**: From $1,651.13 per month
