**Finance Operations Associate**
We are looking for an **Finance Operations Associate **who is capable and enthusiastic about a role that requires proactive communication skills, good office management capabilities and an appetite for teamwork, working with managers in supporting the business.
As the **Finance Operations Associate **, you are responsible for the daily commercial administrative duties of the business and supporting the finance team with bookkeeping requirements. Reporting to the Managing Director / Business Manager, you will also be assisting in the administrative operations of the business, handling confidential and time sensitive materials. This role will provide a great stepping stone in your career, you will gain valuable knowledge and skills as you build towards a more Financial or Business Management role.

The company has committed to a growth plan of expanding its product portfolio in the next 3 to 5 years and to support our growth strategy, we have a newly created role as **Finance Operations Associate **to join us on a full-time basis. **Finance Support**:
- Maintain full set of Accounts, monitor of Receivables and resolve Discrepancies
- Generate monthly and quarterly Management Reports and Financial Statements
- Facilitate quarterly GST submission and year-end Auditing
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions: Invoicing, Payments, Cash Flow, Bank Recon, etc
- Prepare fixed asset addition and disposal schedules and any other ad-hoc reporting
**Operations Support**:
- Administer software, systems management and ERP integrations
- Support process improvement, internal control policies, compliance and statutory matters
- Coordinate with outsourced service providers and agents
- Handle S&P Contracts and Documentation for Imports, Exports and Shipments
- Manage HR records, Employee leave, welfare and policies, onboarding/offboarding process.

**Technical Competency**
- Full set accounting handling experience and responsible for day-to-day admin and account work
- Working experience with Service Provider, System Integrator, or IT Company setup
- A strong user of the Microsoft suite and knowledge of computerized accounting software
- Active participation in strategic planning process, developing administrative objectives and processes
**Education**:
- Any tertiary education (local or overseas) preferred.
