**Job Summary**:
- We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and innovative thinker to join us as the Head of People and Organization. In this pivotal role, you will have the unique opportunity to drive transformation initiatives, people development, and organizational growth strategies that will shape the future of ADDX. As the Head of People and Organization, you will play a key role in creating an environment of high-performance, continuous learning, excellence, and collaboration as you lead our efforts in optimizing human capital and organizational effectiveness.
**Responsibilities**
- **Business Partnering and Strategy**: Understand and interpret business and financial performance metrics from the people’s perspective to recommend strategic solutions related to workforce performance. Be the business advisor to leaders of each function and work with them on strategies that add value to the business and employee agenda.
- **Talent Management**: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy that identifies, nurtures, and retains top-tier talent. Collaborate with department heads to create personalized growth plans, mentorship programs, and learning initiatives that align with individual career aspirations and company objectives.
- **Performance Management**: Oversee the design and execution of performance management systems that align individual goals with organizational objectives. Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluation, feedback, and professional development.
- **HR Operations and Recruitment**: Oversee HR operations, ensure efficient HR processes, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Oversee recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers to attract, select, and onboard talent.
- **Organizational Development**:Lead the design and implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing the overall structure, efficiency, and adaptability of the organization. Drive initiatives to foster a high-performance culture and optimize cross-functional collaboration.
- **Leadership Development**: Establish leadership development programs to cultivate a pipeline of capable leaders at all levels. Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to executives, managers, and emerging leaders.
- **Change Management**:Act as a change agent by driving initiatives that support smooth transitions during periods of growth or transformation. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop change management plans that ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.
- **Employee Engagement**:Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall well-being. Analyse employee feedback and leverage insights to continually improve the workplace experience.
- **Compensation and Benefits Oversight**: Utilize your expertise in managing compensation and benefits programs to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards. Collaborate with finance and executive teams to create effective compensation structures that attract and retain top talent.
- **Culture Building**: Drive initiatives that champion organizational values. Cultivate our desired culture across the organization and foster a culture of unity.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least five in a Human Resources management role.
