**Your new role**

As an HR Advisor, your responsibilities include:

- Responsible for managing the process for onboarding and offboarding of permanent employees and ensuring the process aligns to labour law and compliance and flagging any issues to HR Manager, South East Asia (SEA) and Director of People & Culture, Asia
- Responsible for managing the process and execution of New Joiner Survey and Leaver Survey via Culture Amp, generating reports and flagging any issues to HR Manager, SEA and Director of People & Culture, Asia
- Preparing regular/ad hoc HR quarterly reports for Singapore with a high standard of accuracy
- Utilize a combination of data from Finance and the business performance to create HR data analysis to identify trends as required and share insights with the Regional Director, Singapore
- Supports the Performance Management process, including documentation and tracking employee progress
- Manages Singapore Appraisal process and keeps a master tracker on overdue/upcoming appraisals
- Supports the communication of HR updates in office meetings and end of month wrap ups
- Manage end-to-end Employee Benefits, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), wellness initiatives and projects
- Manage the end-to-end process for Singapore medical insurance process and relationship with the insurance broker to ensure up-to-date information about insurance benefits are provided to the employees
- Updates HR intranet pages when required ensuring they are completed to a high standard
