**The Role**
- You will work closely with the respective business stakeholders to provide HR advisory, pertaining to HR issues and support various key HR initiatives/projects.
- You will oversee and supervise HR Executives within the team
- You will ensure best HR practices are implemented and support various key HR initiatives/projects.
- You will manage the entire employee grievances and disciplinary actions cycle.
- You will work closely in creating, designing, and implementing employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Provide a center of excellence and be the main point of contact with regard to employee relations issues
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all onboarding processes adhere to policy and process
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**What We Require From You**
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and must have at least 2 years supervisory experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related
- Self-driven and able to work in a dynamic environment
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
