Admin Executive

Creme Maison Group Pte Ltd is established in 2014, located at 30 Tai Seng Street, 3 mins walk from Tai Seng mrt. We specialise in bespoke cakes, customised gifting & personalised services.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Admin and Customer Support Representative. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team and ensuring a smooth post-sales process for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing key dates, scheduling delivery, key data entries and printing orders.
- Assisting with the preparation of administrative documents i.e. Supplier Invoices, Petty Cash as needed & handle all filing of documents
- Communicating with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.-Maintaining accurate records of sales and orders.
- Providing general office support, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing office supplies.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ working experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Possess a responsible, pleasant and friendly attitude
- Ability to maintain composure in escalated situation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Available immediately or within short notice preferred.

Pay Range: $2500-$3000
