Retail Executive

Mighty Velo is a leading sports retail and distribution company based in Singapore with a very large social media presence on Facebook and Instagram.

We are one of the biggest bike companies in the country. We specialise in the best class performance foldable bicycles such as the Birdy, Reach GT, CarryMe, IFMove, CarryAll and Iruka.

Mighty Velo is headquartered at Upper Paya Lebar Road and consists of an Experience Store at BreadTalk IHQ (Tai Seng), a separate Marketing and Admin office and a 5,000 square feet distribution warehouse.

Our sales channels are both retail stores and online stores.

We are looking for retail executives to join our retail and sales team. Relevant on the job training will be provided.

**YOUR ROLE**:

- Communicate online and offline with customers on their bike issues and concerns
- Log maintenance and repair activity accurately
- Assist customers on their inquiries at the store
- Maintain physical cleanliness of our retail environment
- Top up inventory on display shelvings
- Help with online orders
- Creating invoice for customers for their purchase
- Using POS and credit card terminals for payments

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- No experience is required
- On the job training will be provided
- Fresh ITE and diploma holders with a relevant qualification are also welcome to apply
- Hardworking team player
- Able to take instructions and constructive feedback
- Able to work and adapt quickly to change
- Proactive and hands-on approach
- Physically fit
- An interest in bicycles, and electronic gadgets is preferred but not required

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
