**Your role**
- Do you want to help support Chief Digital Information Office Asset Management APAC (CDIO AM APAC Technology) to develop digital capabilities and technical platforms for the largest private bank in APAC? Are you keen to work in a very competitive and dynamic environment, being part of the senior management team in shaping the future of asset management for our clients?
- We’re looking for a Service Manager to:
- understand and drive the priorities and strategic goals of AM Technology
- ensure Technology delivers to its financial commitments and provide oversight of the financials
- participate in change implementation projects as required, representing the APAC CDIO AM team
- accurate and timely management reporting and escalation

**Your team**
- You’ll be part of the Asset Management Technology Team reporting to the Head of CDIO AM APAC Technology.
- Your experience

**Your expertise**
- ideally 8-10 years of relevant work experience, including similar positions in financial institutions
- have a good level of accounting knowledge, and proven record of understanding and analyzing technology financial information
- high proficiency in data analytics tools and standard MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to prepare sleek and executive-ready presentation promptly will be a strong advantage
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- a high level of interpersonal and intercultural skills including the ability to build strong relationships to impact and influence decisions and individuals without formal authority

- a fast learner and comfortable with adapting to new, unfamiliar situations quickly
- able to work autonomously and can be effective with limited direction. Driven, resourceful and dynamic mind-set
- capable of working under pressure whilst juggling multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment
- reliable and resilient (challenging situations or diverse topics don’t scare you)
- efficient and results-oriented, with exceptional organization skills
- a motivated self-starter who is willing to roll up your sleeves, with sound judgment for when to escalate issues
