**Partnerships Manager / Senior Manager**

As Partnerships (Sr) Manager, you will be the cornerstone of Lendela’s success. To give the best loans to our customers, every bank/financial partner on our platform needs to be fully engaged, high performing and as ambitious as we are, while always putting the customer first. This is where you come in.

You’ll build strong relationships and use tailored account planning and negotiation to get our partners to a next level. You’ll also bring new, bigger, better partners onboard and ensure they thrive on Lendela. You use your strategic acumen to design, develop and execute your vision of scaling the partnership function; ensuring our partners can increasingly self-serve and self-improve using Lendela’s tools and insights in the most scalable way.

**Responsibilities**:

- Realise steep growth by developing existing partnerships and establishing new ones.
- Use data and benchmarks to advise partners on how to excel on Lendela.
- Ensure their needs are supported by our operations, and vice-versa.
- Design the product roadmap, to scale the way we work with our partners.
- Handcraft the future of the function, together with the Founders and Management team.

**Key Requirements**:

- 3-10 years experience and proven track record in partnership / business key account management, sales and/or business development.
- Excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management skills and communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility and persistence.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- A plus but not a must; experience in key account management or business development in Marketplaces (e.g. ecommerce platforms, food delivery, other).
- A plus but not a must; experience in the Lending industry.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Partnerships management: 3 years (preferred)
