Team Head Business Loans

**Responsibilities**
- Marketing of new borrowing accounts for Business Loans to grow its portfolio of corporate clients and loan assets
- Assist Business Head in leading Business Loans to achieve the allocated KPIs in terms of loans outstanding, income and NPL ratio
- Spearhead marketing of the bank’s products and services to large and mid-cap corporations (including both listed and unlisted companies); Singapore based trading companies; and international corporates and trading customers with presence in Singapore
- Work closely with major corporate banks for joint lending through club arrangements or self-arranged syndicated financing; and BEA Head Office and BEA China branches on cross-referrals of customers
- Build rapport with and service existing customers
- Submit credit proposals for new or increase deals and review the credit proposals put up by Relationship Managers in terms of structure, pricing and size of facilities
- Close monitoring of NPL accounts and provision and ensure timely credit reviews of existing customers
- Cross-sell the Bank’s products and services
- Collaborate with other BEA offices for both inbound and outbound referrals

**Requirements**:

- Recognised degree preferably in Accountancy, Business or Economics
- Minimum 12 years’ of relevant experience in Banking with 8 years’ experience in a similar capacity or position
- Good team player
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
