**Responsibilities**:

- Vet through Letter of Offers to ensure compliance against credit proposal and lending guidelines.
- Review and approve loan releases, and loan correspondences pertaining to Block Discounting & Hire Purchase for passenger car/commercial vehicle/equipment.
- Ensure outstanding documents/issues are resolved prior/after disbursement.
- Check vessel loan legal/security documents, and liaise with solicitors on legal matters pertaining to vessel documentation.
- Check vessel loan client & loan input, and overrides loan transactions in core system.
- Monitor & ensure timely renewal of vessel classification certs.
- Review redemption statement computation.
- Perform check on the safekeeping of completed security documents for property & vessel loans.
- Perform supervisory function and to cover duties of section lead and juniors in his/her absence.
- Support the Head, Loans Administration in the day-to-day operational requirements and to assist in her absence.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma / Degree in Banking / Economics / Business Management
- At least 5 years of experience in handling loan e.g. Block Discounting & Hire Purchase
- Prior experience in handling loans related documentation, preferably in banking industry
- Excellent communication skills
