About the Role:
The role of Senior Corporate Loan Specialist involves managing all aspects of corporate loan and trade finance processes, with a focus on business development and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate loan and trade finance processes from origination to execution.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless credit approval and risk management processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or Economics.
- 8 years of experience in Corporate Banking, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Korean is preferred for communication with Korean-speaking clients and colleagues.
- Experience mentoring and coaching junior staff.
- Strong self-motivation, initiative, and collaborative attitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player in cross-border and local corporate banking teams.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours when needed.
