Senior Corporate Loan Operations Specialist

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee change initiatives within the corporate loans team. You will focus on process improvements, system integrations, and operational enhancements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve credit and loans operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to ensure changes have minimal disruption to operations.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to equip staff with new skills.
- Monitor and report on progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Key Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations within the corporate loans domain.
- Project management expertise or active participation in change management activities is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of credit and loans processing systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
