Job Title: Corporate Loans Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage cross-functional teams and drive process improvements within the corporate loans domain.

About This Role

This role is responsible for leading change initiatives, system integrations, and operational enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in project management and change management.

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to implement best practices in credit and loans operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure changes are implemented with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff are equipped to adapt to changes in processes and systems.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in the payments landscape, ensuring that our operations remain compliant and competitive.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations within the corporate loans domain.
  • Project management expertise or active participation in change management activities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of credit and loans processing systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
