Job Title

AVP/VP, Corporate Loan Operations Projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee change initiatives within the operations team to drive process improvements and system integrations, leading to operational enhancements.

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and impact analyses to ensure changes are implemented with minimal disruption to operations.

  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Address any resistance to change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in the payments landscape, ensuring our operations remain compliant and competitive.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field is essential.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations within the corporate loans domain is required.
  • Project management expertise or active participation in change management activities is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, are required.
  • Knowledge of credit and loans processing systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards is vital.
