Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Loan Origination Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the origination department, you will be responsible for originating and structuring loan deals across various industries.

You will work closely with business lines, credit risk, operations, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure that all transactions meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will also be responsible for defining and implementing operational metrics and risk reviews to ensure end-to-end transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. finance, accounting)
  • At least 5 years' experience in wholesale loan origination, including knowledge of syndicated and bilateral loan products and deal structures
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and high productivity
