Lead Loan Originator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Transaction Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the success of our financial operations by originating, processing and closing new loan deals.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless loan processing and closing. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate new loan leads through various channels
- Conduct thorough credit assessments to determine client eligibility for loans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless loan processing and closing
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and assess credit risk
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred due to the high volume of Mandarin-speaking clients
