Conduct primary screenings of loan agreements, negotiate wording changes with counterparties when necessary, and perform anti-money laundering (AML) screenings by gathering required information from counterparties.

**5.Credit Monitoring**:
Conduct periodic internal ratings, ensure regular credit monitoring, and promptly report any credit events to branch management and Head Office.

6.Other responsibilities assigned by the Branch Management.

**Job Requirement**

1. Over 10 years of corporate lending sales experience of primary and secondary market in a financial institution, with mandatory recent experience within the last 3 years as Manager and above.

2. More than 5 years experience in corporate loan, such as experience in negotiating terms and conditions with counterparties, credit analysis (rating methodologies, financial statement analysis), preparing documents for credit approval and KYC processes, and perform anti-money laundering (AML) screenings.

3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the project finance field with a solid understanding of its principles is required. Responsibilities include designing and implementing funding schemes, evaluating project risks, and developing financial models to analyze cash flow, profitability, and long-term financing strategies. Having skills or expertise in the renewable energy or natural resources sectors would be an added advantage.

4. More than 5 years of experience in accurately conducting annual credit reviews of loan portfolio and reporting about customer's credit event promptly to the Branch Management and globally operating head office located overseas.

5. Deep understanding of SIngapore and Japanese financial regulations, laws, guidelines, and information security to to effectively interpret loan contract details and facilitate coordination and negotiation of terms with customers.

6. Open to traveling to Australia, India, and ASEAN countries, typically five or more times per year.

7. Business-level proficiency in both verbal and written English and Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1) is required to manage finance projects with various stakeholders and make negotiations to senior management of key clients and fulfill accountability to stakeholders and management of HQ in Japan.
