  • Manage end-to-end loan operations process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
  • E nsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies within the banking and financial services department.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loan-related activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks within the loan operations function.
  • Support the implementation of new systems or processes aimed at enhancing operational performance.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on loan operations activities.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to loan transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and other financial institutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in loan operations, preferably within the banking and financial services industry.
