Job Description

This role is a key member of the loan management team, responsible for supporting the entire lifecycle of loans from origination to repayment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex loan types such as syndicated loans, bilateral loans, corporate, commercial, real estate, structured lending, and trade finance.

  • Contribute to the development and build out of the loan origination and lifecycle management team.
  • Partner with originating and coverage business lines, credit risk, operations, legal, and other teams to ensure quality data, controls, and processes meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with lines of business, transaction management, and loan operations to define and implement operational metrics and risk reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a deal closing pipeline of loan transactions.
  • Coordinate and close loan transactions/lifecycle events, capture data, store documentation, troubleshoot issues/roadblocks, perform quality control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of loan management, origination, and lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills.
  • Ability to assess risk and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
