Job Title: Corporate Loan Specialist

About the Role:

This is a key position within our loan origination and lifecycle management team, focusing on complex corporate and bilateral loans.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of processes and controls for loan origination and lifecycle management.
  • Partner with business lines, credit risk, operations, and legal teams to ensure quality data, controls, and processes meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Define and implement operational metrics and risk and control reviews to ensure end-to-end transparency.
  • Improve processes, controls, and efficiencies within the group and front-to-back across the loan lifecycle.
  • Manage a deal closing pipeline of loan transactions and coordinate loan transactions/lifecycle events.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets.
  • Achieve compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
