Job Description

The role involves overseeing loan administration and operation functions for syndicated loans where the bank acts as an agent with dual roles. Key responsibilities include day-to-day activities such as drawdowns, rollovers, payments, and record maintenance.

  • Liaise with borrowers, participants, agents, and internal stakeholders on loan administration matters.
  • Monitor and disseminate information on undertakings and covenants.
  • Address queries on loan operation matters from borrowers and lenders.
  • Manage and prepare audit confirmation queries.
  • Ensure efficient execution of daily functions in accordance with legal documents and bank policies.
  • Maintain service level and quality standards.
Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a degree in Business Administration, Banking, or Finance with at least 10 years of experience in syndicated loan agency in banks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is also required.

  • Strong understanding of the loan cycle and facility agent function.
  • Knowledge of Swift message construction and Debt Domain use.
  • Meticulous, confident, and able to multitask.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
