Loan Syndication - Origination (Corporate Banking) Join to apply for the Loan Syndication - Origination (Corporate Banking) role at Randstad Singapore . Job Details Collaborate with Corporate RMs to originate syndication deals. Support in pitching for MLAB for syndication deals in regional markets, including presenting and preparing pitch materials. Prepare credit applications, assess financials, and support negotiations on deal terms and structuring. Maintain documentation and follow through on deal processes. Partner with the distribution team throughout syndication. Network with other banks and clients to increase deal volume. Conduct industry and market research to identify opportunities. Team and Management Reporting to the Team Lead, you'll be part of a dynamic team with a collaborative culture. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines. 3-6 years of experience in corporate banking and syndication. Strong credit analysis skills.
