(Graduate Hire) Corporate Banking Associates / (Experienced Hire) Senior Associate/AVP Due to our business expansion across the Asia Pacific region, we are seeking candidates for the above roles. Main Responsibilities Support corporate loan (bilateral or syndicated) administration. Develop and manage bilateral or syndicated lending opportunities. Job Responsibilities 1. Handle all aspects of work related to bilateral and syndication corporate loan process. a) Negotiate and finalize terms and conditions of loan with clients. b) Prepare for internal credit rating. c) Use our internal loan approval system and credit rating system. d) Prepare for pre-review report of credit. e) Organize Branch Credit Review Committee to get credit approval. f) Review legal documents given by legal counsels. g) Prepare drawdown review to release funds. h) Regularly monitor and update customers’ financial positions, business status, and conduct of account. i) Conduct Know-Your-Customer for new-to-bank customers and support Due Diligence review in accordance with MAS regulations. j) Perform market and/or credit research on various corporates, sectors and/or countries. 2. Conduct reporting and administration duties for all aspects of corporate loan business. 3. Liaise with other departments at our Head Office on all matters relating to credit approvals, credit ratings and risk management and prepare a report on those matters. 4. Prepare HQ and Branch reports. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or Economics preferred. For Associate roles: recent graduates are welcome to apply. For Senior Associate roles: 4-6 years’ Corporate Banking experience. For Assistant Vice President role: min 8 years’ Corporate Banking experience. Business proficiency in written and oral English is required. Strong self-motivation, high level of initiative, supportive and collaborative. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good team player.
