- Serve as a HR business partner to FWD Group Office Employees & line Managers in Hong Kong & Singapore on human resource-related topics.
- Act as an employee champion to deliver FWD people strategy in along employee journey at FWD, smooth the HR Operations and employee engagement through close collaboration with themselves, line manager and HR specialized team e.g., talent acquisitions, total rewards, payroll, HRIS and Talent & Organization Development.
- Act as change agent to drive the employee experience and culture objectives that are aligned with the company vision and strategic objectives for Group Office across all locations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide guidance and process to support line manager and employees along the employee journey at FWD, from their onboarding, performance management, development, job rotation/transfer, promotion till they leave the Company.
- Manage, deliver and continuously improve employee experience and HR operations for FWD Group Office in Hong Kong & Singapore along their journey at FWD; Ensure proper guidance on HR policies, processes, and provide accurate & timely inputs in key documentations & system, to support overall HR operations with HR specialized team.
- Support to develop, implement & improve HR programs including performance management, employee engagement, talent management, employee wellness and development.
- Actively identify & propose and drive to implement changes

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 5 years’ above human resources generalist experience in MNCs, preferably from high-tech or financial services sectors.
- HR partner experience is required.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Be energetic, flexible
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Have the gravitas to build credibility with stakeholders
- Non-technical HR digital tools skillsets is required (configuration is not required)
- Understand data analytics, and able to collect data/reports from various HR digital tools and systems
- Be solution orientated and demonstrate strong communication skills to be able to influence your client group & HR team members.
- Be adaptable to manage complexity as well as competing demands.
