
Group Human Resources Executive

This position provides administrative support to the Group Human Resources Business Partnering team for Singapore.
**Responsibilities**
You will support the Group Human Resources Manager in the following:
- Assist and participate in the administrative support for the employer's branding of limitless opportunities such as participating in university career fairs, internships
- Escalate complex or sensitive day-to-day people management issues to the Group HR Manager
- Assist to provide administrative support of the employee lifecycle process from recruitment, onboarding, confirmation salary review administration, retention to exit and etc
- Provide administration support for employee transfer, secondment, and short-term overseas assignment
- Provide administrative support to the Group HR Manager to formulate/update the Human Resources policies/ handbooks/ schemes/ organization charts and oversee Human Capital reporting on headcounts, talent acquisition, sustainability
- Provide administrative support to the Group HR Manager to prepare corporate announcements, and advisories, and manage approval papers
- Provide Group HR Manager with the administration of union matters and Collective Agreement negotiations and renewals
- Any other projects or duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
**Educational Background**
- Degree in Business (HRM) or equivalent
- IHRP Certification will be an added advantage
**Working Experience**
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate and / or HR generalist or HR administration
**Required Language(s)**
- Verbal and written English
**Required Knowledge**
- Knowledge of HR practices
- Knowledge of HRIS - Prosoft, SAP
- Computer savvy
**Required Skill(s)**
- Microsoft Office skills in Excel and Powerpoint
- Team player
