**Civil Project Supervisor Job Description**
We are looking for a dedicated civil project supervisor that possess the ability to work with multiple discipline projects, have a strong knowledge of each task and demonstrate excellent project management and supervision skills. You should also have excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

**Civil Project Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the overall day to day, performance, co-ordination, management and maintenance, of the agreed project to assist in obtaining maximum productivity, efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organisation upholding all aspects of compliance and standards and adhering to budget and prescribed criteria
- Facilitate the Purchase and Delivery of Resources to ensure on time delivery of components and equipment
- Make Sure Projects are Completed on Time and on Budget
- Conduct site inspection & develop work plan. Coordinate with third parties, other disciplines including vendors and specialist contractors for project integration at site prior at construction till handover.
- Handling all civil/structural technical queries and investigating all field piping work related issues
- Monitor daily work activities and oversee process and provide appropriate instruction to designated team
- Develop and maintain relations with clients as required establishing correct interfaces and presenting professional image
- Convey and supervise contractors and subcontractors
- Develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Evaluate project and recommend report to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance going forward

**Civil Project Supervisor Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience with knowledge in civil and/or structural design.
- Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft words and excel, and knowledge of design and visualization software will be a plus.
- The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Excellent project management and supervision skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Able to work in long hour when duty required without hesitation.
