Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of structural works in accordance with approved plans and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the construction of structural works, including buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any technical or logistical problems.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including budgets, timelines, and quality control measures.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in project supervision or management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
