Civil Engineering Project Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Civil Engineering Project Supervisor to oversee the implementation of our construction projects.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements. This includes coordinating with contractors, inspecting sites, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with contractors to ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets
  • Inspecting sites regularly to identify potential issues and take corrective action
  • Monitoring progress against project schedules and reporting any deviations
  • Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve project delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising building projects
  • Strong knowledge of Building Contract Act and Regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members
