Technical Supervisor Position

We are seeking a skilled Technical Supervisor to join our team in a challenging and dynamic role.

Job Description:

The Technical Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all civil, structural, and specialist engineering works comply with the relevant authorities' requirements. This includes supervising contractors and subcontractors, monitoring works progress, and conducting quality control checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor works associated with civil and infrastructure projects
  • Conduct standing supervision for critical site activities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and risk assessment policies
  • Prepare and submit daily reports as required
  • Reject poor quality work and notify the Resident Engineer for issuance of a non-conformance notice

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A recognised degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of site safety procedures and quality control
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with drawings, safety requirements, and standards
