We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Infrastructure Manager to oversee and supervise civil engineering, marine, and reclamation works. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with design specifications, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.
The Civil Infrastructure Manager will conduct site inspections and audits to verify quality and safety of construction activities. They will also act as a Project Supervisor for the project, providing expert guidance on technical and regulatory matters and addressing and resolving issues related to civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering during construction.
The Civil Infrastructure Manager will review and approve construction methodologies and geotechnical design proposals, conduct risk assessments, and recommend mitigation measures for project-related challenges. They will also support the preparation and review of engineering reports and technical documentation.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, liaising with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment with project objectives. They will participate in progress meetings and provide updates on project status, challenges, and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Hold a valid practicing certificate in Civil Engineering issued by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
- Minimum 8 years of experience supervising civil engineering and reclamation works.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Professional Engineer involved in projects similar to the Civil Contract.
