**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Support and assist marketing activities including, but not limited to, the production of customer and prospect proposals, quotes, PowerPoint presentations and letters.
- Contact potential and existing customers to present our product and service offering in a proactive marketing approach.
- Persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
- Research and gather customer information and contacts.
- Service customers for incoming orders and address any questions or issues customers may have.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
- Follow up on prospective leads and customers correspondence.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential customers.
- Inventory control of marketing material ensuring there is appropriate stock levels of the latest company and vendor material.
- Assemble information packs for prospective customer visits.
- Assist with the co-ordination and administration of functions and marketing event including room booking, catering, room set-up, invitations, name tags and more.
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Knowledge/Skills**:
- Previous inside sales/telemarketing experience, preferably in the services sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed lead generation targets.
- Excellent administration and organizational skills including time management.
- Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with people across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a team or as an individual in a motivated manner.
- Ability to work in an organised manner.
- Self-starter and a high attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Intermediate level with the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Relevant professional certifications will be well regarded.
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
