Senior Distributors Manager

**Purpose
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Distribution network: Ensure we have the right partners endorsing the HNC segment strategies and covering the portfolio & territories to achieve the HNC growth ambitions (make regular assessment of our distributors capabilities and possible other new partners, compare current distributors vs. market needs and potential new distributors, decide and execute on corrective action plan)
- Distribution excellence: Establish and secure regional best-practices with regional distributors to steer performance & improve way of working (Sales excellence, Quarterly business review, Project management )
- Relationship management: Manage distributor relationships to build long-term profitable partnership with distributors (Coordinate distributor’s various segments development plans, legal agreements)
- Day-to-day business handling: Closely collaborate with all internal stakeholder to ensure seamless distributor’s business development support and execution of relevant marketing collaboration initiatives including service level and training (including Segments Sales and Marketing team, Commercial team, formulation and regulatory team, Sales Assistant )
**Required Education & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or master’s degree in business / marketing field or science / technology required;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a Sales function ideally in in the B2B space within Human Nutrition & Health market.
- Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking English). Ability to communicate in other European languages (Spanish, Italian, French, German etc.) is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build partnerships
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast paced, and ever-changing environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills needed for tracking, managing and analyzing development opportunity effectively.
- Entrepreneurial and works towards DSM/distributor and customer win-win scenarios
- Demonstrated experience in successfully growing sales and account management
