As a Team Lead for Operations and Distributor Management, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution channels and optimizing the performance of our distributor network. You will be tasked with coordinating the sales and fulfillment process between Distributor and CSG, and fostering strong relationships with distributors to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Operations Management**
- Oversee day-to-day operations of order processing from end to end.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and systems to streamline operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and partner sales, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of activities.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
**Distributor Management**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, serving as the primary point of contact for all operational and fulfillment inquiries.
- Collaborate with distributors to develop mutually beneficial strategies to increase sales, market penetration, and brand visibility.
- Monitor distributor performance and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
**Quality Assurance**
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with connecting points to address any quality-related concerns and implement preventive measures.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, distributor management, or supply chain management, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
