**Admissions Manager**:
**Role Responsibilities**:**
Student Enrolment Conversion**
- Act as a brand ambassador by developing personal rapport with prospective parents and students
- Profile students and deliver high quality admissions services to prospective parents and students
- Deliver a personalised visitor experience for each prospective parent and student
- Conduct 1:1 and group tours of the school and answer parent and student queries during post-tour consultations
- Provide post-tour follow-up with each family and continue to foster a personal relationship
- Manage pipeline of opportunities and diligently update CRM platform
- Be involved in recruitment events, open houses and information sessions locally

Any other requirements deemed necessary by the Head of Admissions

**Job Requirements**:

- Direct sales experience in B2C environment ideally, though not necessarily, in education or related business
- Pro-active and show initiative; able to work independently with mínimal direction
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship management skills
- Result oriented and sales driven
- A team-player
- Experience with CRM systems (E.g. Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Exceptional English language proficiency, both spoken and written
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree

**Role Information**:**
Reports to**: Head of Admissions

**Contracted Hours**:40 hours per week (including weekends). The two rest days are on weekdays.
**Location**: United Square / Parkway Parade
