**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Corporate Office**:This role sits in the group office where you will manage group operations for various brands under the Eclectique Group.
**Objective**:
To onboard a dynamic and passionate individual in the role of HR Intern, who will not only augment our commitment to superior employee engagement and talent development but also bring fresh perspectives to Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. Our goal is to cultivate a robust and progressive training ecosystem, further enhancing the skill set and potential of our team. By investing in this role, we aim to ensure our workforce remains aligned with the highest standards of the F&B industry, contributing effectively to our company's continued growth and success in Singapore.
**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Learning & Development**
- Collaborate with external partners to source and recommend advanced learning & development programs suitable for the F&B industry.
- Support the facilitation of L&D processes, including trainings enrolment, evaluations, and upkeeping of training records.
- Spearhead communications related to talent initiatives to maximize employee participation.
- Play a role in moderating learning sessions as and when required.
- Dive deep into feedback received from training sessions, offering thorough analysis and proposing actionable recommendations.
**2.** **Recruitment**
- Assist in conducting initial rounds of interviews.
- Support the HR team in sorting and screening resumes.
- Administer recruitment drives and manage associated logistics.
- Provide auxiliary support in broader talent acquisition areas, including brand representation and preliminary resume reviews.
**3.** **Research**
- Conduct industry benchmarking to ensure our training standards are at par with industry best practices.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in L&D, suggesting possible enhancements to our current strategies.
**4.** **Administrative Duties**
- Handle HR-related paperwork and maintain organized records.
- Ensure all training materials, manuals, and documentation are up-to-date.
- Assist in other HR functions as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in the F&B industry or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
