**Overview**:
As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in various operational tasks. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and insight into the field of HR while contributing to the smooth functioning of HR processes within the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment Support**:_
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company career portals.
- **Employee Onboarding**:_
- Prepare onboarding documents and welcome kits for new hires.
- Coordinate orientation schedules and assist in conducting orientation sessions.
- Collect and organize new hire paperwork, ensuring completion and accuracy.
- **HR Administration**:_
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Handle general inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR team with filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- **HR Projects and Initiatives**:_
- Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, policy reviews, or diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Conduct research and analysis to support HR initiatives.
- Prepare presentations or reports for HR meetings and presentations.
- **Compliance and Legal Support**:_
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support HR team in conducting audits and investigations as required.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
