**Overview**:
You will join the Early Careers Team which partners with the banks Human Resources (HR) and business leadership to define the entry level strategy, and recruit apprentices, interns and graduates into the region across the franchise, representing Deutsche Bank internally and externally and helping to drive the Talent Sourcing agenda.

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies.
**Your key responsibilities**
- Support our key early careers attraction, selection and programmes for your assigned divisional portfolio
- Contributing to developing and executing strategies for campuses in line with overall Deutsche Bank-wide attraction and D&I (Diversity and Inclusion) strategies. School Relationship Management - liaising with Careers Offices, on campus clubs, students and internal stakeholders
- Co-managing our APAC Analyst Intern & pipeline programmes and a subsequent conversion to full time hires
- Supporting & implementing best practices around the bank’s Global Graduate Operating Principles & governance ensuring adherence to regulatory elements of recruiting & hiring policies
- Responsible for regular reporting to key senior stakeholders within the team and business
**Your skills and experience**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in graduate recruitment, Early Careers, Talent Acquisition environment or similar role, with at least 1 year in Early Careers recruitment
- Graduate market exposure and some experience in financial services/ banking preferred
- A good understanding of the campus/university landscape in Singapore (experience in other regional territories is a bonus)
- Stakeholder management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
