We are the leading direct-to-consumer womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omni-channel presence across Indonesia and Malaysia, a retail franchise in Cambodia, and are fast expanding into international markets namely Japan, Hong Kong SAR China and United States of America.

Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 70% female representation across our organisation, leadership and STEM roles (#girlpower). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we’re on the cusp of something great, where we’re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

**The Role**

Retail is such a big part of what we do at Love, Bonito and we want to make sure we get on track to make LB “a great place to work”. We know retail isn’t easy and we’re gearing up to the challenge. We would like keen minds who are interested in transforming the retail experience starting from the team we hire and empower.

**Main responsibilities (including but not limited to)**

**Recruitment Operations**
- Participate in the full cycle recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals
- Designing approaches to enhance/improve the overall recruitment strategy
- Work and build relationships with internal management teams to understand the organisation's hiring needs and job specifications

**Enhance the Interview Experience**
- Identify opportunities to enhance the interview experience for both the external and internal stakeholders

**Reports**
- Provide weekly recruitment report and creation of new metric dashboards where relevant
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all relevant documents

**Ideally, you should have / be**:
