**Primary duties**:
- Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships; welcome and greet customers, prospects and office guests
- Support team members with general operational tasks; perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties
- Handle student enrolment
- Plan and schedule lessons, meetings, presentations, and other office-related events; send reminders regarding upcoming appointments
- Suggest changes to office task workflow to improve efficiency
- Manage company's social media channels, including Facebook other relevant platforms
- Work closely with colleagues to create engaging content for a company's social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.
- Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages
- Promote and sales of company product and services
- Schedule travel arrangements
- Assist in preparation of presentation materials
- Monitor and maintain office equipment; repair or replace malfunctioning equipment and hire technicians when required
- Monitor office supplies; order and re-stock as needed
- Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- Be a team player with a high level of dedication.
- Certification in Administration/ Business Studies/Management/Marketing or related field of study will be advantageous.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Hardworking, possess a positive mindset and always ready to learn or try new things.
- Be able to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Be able to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
